Peg It Forward

Peg It Forward is a movement that spreads kindness and positivity. The intent is to make someone’s day and bring a smile to their face. Vanessa Torre, a senior, saw this trend at a magic camp that she attended and became inspired. At her camp, everyone competed to fasten the pegs to each other, similar to sticker tag at Hamden Hall. Vanessa has brought Peg It Forward to Hamden Hall with the hope of continuing to spread the message of kindness throughout our community.

In order to pin someone, you attach a clothespin onto their shirt or bag without them noticing. The pegs have a kind message on one side and the website pegitforward.com on the other. If you are interested in participating, you can buy some clothes pins online or at a local store. Simply write a positive message on one side and the website on the other. This activity is super affordable so everyone can participate. If you do get pinned, try to spread positivity to someone else and make their day!
